Refund policy

All refunds will be issued 3-5 days after the product is returned to us and is processed at our location.  

All customers are responsible for any return shipping charges as well as keeping the product in good condition. We will not accept returns that are damaged or are missing any part of the product. We will also not accept any returns that are not in its original packaging.

All customers need to include the original packing slip or include a note with the order number on it.

Partial returns are subject to partial refunds or refusals at the sellers discretion. 

We do not accept any type of return that exceed 20 days from the original purchase date. If product is returned to us after the 20-day period, we will not issue any refund.
